Interesting open source CAD/CAM software

I have not used it much but it looks really promising. The Heeks CAD/CAM open source software. This is what hobbyist need. At least those who are looking for less expensive or free solutions compered to high end CAD/CAM software that cost about 10.000$. Here are some screenshot taken from the  Heeks webpage.
